Pets are only allowed in the designated pet-friendly Queen Room and Twin Room types, so pre-book a pet room rather than arriving and asking. An additional pet fee applies, usually paid at the motel. Once you are in: pets stay on a leash in all common areas, must never be left unattended on the premises, are not allowed on beds, and disruptive noise is not tolerated. Dogs, cats and birds are all accepted under the booking terms.

The vibe

A clean, no-fuss budget motel where guest feedback consistently mentions comfy beds and tidy rooms, with the trade-off of some highway noise for rooms closer to the Pacific Highway. Many rooms let you park right at the door, which makes unloading a dog and luggage simple.

Getting there and the dog walk

The motel sits directly off the Pacific Highway with parking by the rooms. Dog-friendly sections of Park Beach and Jetty Beach are a short drive, along with Coffs Harbour's off-lead exercise areas and the Jetty cafes.
