You must register the pet with the office at the time of booking, and management expects to approve pet stays before you book rather than after. Fee terms vary across listings, some saying there's no additional pet fee and others noting charges may apply, so get the fee confirmed in writing when you reserve. Book early, because when those two units are gone there's no pet fallback at the property.

The full kitchen and laundry setup makes sense for longer stays, which suits dog owners who'd rather cook than shuttle a dog to a cafe for every meal. The Broadwater out front

The Broadwater foreshore beside the apartments is a City of Gold Coast timeshare off-leash area: dogs can run free between 5am and 8am and again from 4pm to 7pm daily, and must be on lead outside those windows. The water is shallow and calm, good for a cautious swimmer or an older dog that just wants a paddle. Check the council's dog exercise area map for current boundaries before you rely on the off-leash hours.

L'Etranger on Marine Parade sits across from the park with outdoor seating and water bowls for dogs, and it's an easy walk from the apartments.
