The Point Cafe Restaurant

The Point Cafe Restaurant is a waterfront cafe on the North Shore side at 1/87-91 Park Street, overlooking the Hastings River near Settlement Point. It is dog-friendly outdoors and trades hard on the river view.

Nearby with the dogs. Settlement Point Reserve is a short walk away for green space and riverside paths, and the North Shore ferry opens up quieter beaches across the river for more room to run.

When to go. Mornings are calmest; weekends are busier. Good for a longer, scenic sit with a settled dog.
