The Cornelian Bay Boathouse

Nearby with the dogs. An off-lead exercise area with grass and beach access sits just to the left of the main car park. From there, a gravel path climbs gently to Cornelian Bay Point for good views, or you can walk the quiet bitumen road past the cemetery for a longer, scenic stroll.

When to go. A sunny lunch or golden hour coffee makes the most of the water views. Weekends get busy at the kiosk tables, so a weekday visit gives you more room at the outdoor seating.
