The Squid Shack

The Squid Shack is a casual seafood kiosk right on the Emu Point Fishing Boat Marina, and it lets dogs join you in the outdoor, covered seating so you can both watch the boats over squid and chips.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor, sheltered seating area alongside the tables, but stay out of the internal dining area. Keep dogs on a leash and settled, since it is a small space shared with other diners.

Nearby with the dogs. Emu Point Beach is a short walk away with calm water for a paddle before or after lunch, and the marina-side walking path is an easy stretch for the dog while you wait for your order.

Weekday lunches are the easiest time to grab an outdoor table with the dog. Weekend middays get tight, so aim either side of the rush.
