Off the Rails Nutrition is a health-focused nutrition club in the small commercial strip at Shop 3/10 Ash Avenue, Albion Park Rail, a few minutes' walk from the railway station. The dog setup

The outdoor tables are small and fill quickly on weekend mornings, so go early.

Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 7am to 6pm Wednesday and Thursday, and 8am to 3pm weekends. This is a shake-and-smoothie stop rather than a full kitchen, so plan it as a coffee-and-smoothie break around a walk rather than a meal.

Getting there and parking

Street parking is easy to find on Ash Avenue and around the commercial precinct, and Albion Park Rail station is an easy walk if you are coming by train on the South Coast line.

Close by with the dogs

The Lake Illawarra foreshore suits an on-lead walk along the shared pathways, a short drive or a fifteen to twenty minute walk away. For a proper off-lead run, the Oak Flats Fenced Dog Park is the closest fully fenced option, and the Croom Regional Sporting Complex on Croome Road has council off-leash areas with agility equipment near the BMX track. If you are making a morning of it, Hive Coffee Co. in Albion Park is another dog-friendly coffee stop.
