Balmoral Hotel

The Balmoral Hotel is a heritage-style pub at 901 Albany Highway in East Victoria Park, known for its big beer garden and a lively sports-night atmosphere. Dogs are explicitly welcome in the outdoor areas, which makes it a staple pick on Perth's inner south pub strip.

The dog setup

Street parking lines Albany Highway and the side streets such as Mint and Sussex, with a rear parking lot accessible from the side streets. Bus routes run along Albany Highway right outside the door, so it is an easy car-free option from anywhere along the strip.

Make a day of it

John MacMillan Park is a short walk away for a leg stretch and Rayment Park suits a quick run-around, while the GO Edwards Park Fenced Dog Park at Burswood gives a proper off-leash session nearby.

The Albany Highway cafe strip makes an easy lead walk either side of your visit, with Little Venn and Sonder Coffee both dog-friendly stops.
