DUNSBOROUGH KEBAB 'S

Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables out front, reached straight off the footpath, and well-behaved dogs on leads are the norm at the casual street seating. This is a busy, narrow stretch of Dunn Bay Road with steady pedestrian traffic, so keep your dog settled and close. Water bowls are not guaranteed, so bring your own, or plan on takeaway down to the foreshore where there is room to spread out.

The vibe

The kitchen turns out fresh kebabs on house-made Turkish bread, gozleme, loaded snack boxes, burgers and chips, all halal, and the speed of service is the dog-owner advantage here. You are rarely tied up long, and the bakery side means the bread is a step above standard takeaway.

Getting there

Free street parking runs along Dunn Bay Road with a free public car park nearby in the town centre, and the shop is highly walkable from the foreshore paths. Trading runs from 11am, closing around 8:30pm most nights and later on Friday and Saturday.

The Dunsborough foreshore is a short stroll away, with grassy areas and beach paths for a lead walk before or after eating. For the rest of the day, Breakky & Brew and Evviva Cafe cover the sit-down meals, and Simmos Ice Creamery in Quindalup is a short drive north.
