What visitors mention
Barnett Park Fenced Dog Park sits on Barnetts Road in Winston Hills, right next to Model Farms High School, and it is a fully fenced off-leash area with separate sections for small and large dogs. That split is the defining feature: nervous or small dogs get their own space away from bigger, boisterous ones, which makes this one of the more relaxed fenced parks in the Parramatta area.
The rules: Dogs can run off-leash only inside the fenced area itself, and the park uses a double-gated entry so dogs cannot bolt out while you're getting the lead off. You're expected to keep your dog under effective control at all times, and any dog showing aggression should be removed immediately. Bring your own waste bags to be safe, even though bins are usually stocked.
What's there: The park has above-ground agility gear, including hurdles and weave poles, plus a drinking fountain for dogs and park benches for owners. The ground is mostly grass with a circuit path and some shaded spots.
Getting there: It's just off Barnetts Road, easily reached via the M2 Motorway or Windsor Road/Caroline Chisholm Drive, with street parking right by the entrance. Local CDC NSW buses stop on nearby roads if you're coming without a car.

Nearby with the dogs: Winston Hills Mall is a couple of minutes away and has cafes with outdoor seating, including JUNE, for a coffee after the walk.
Weekday afternoons (4pm to 6pm) and weekend mornings (8am to 11am) are the busiest windows. If your dog is shy or you'd rather have the space to yourselves, a mid-week morning is the quieter bet.
