The Eprapah Creek Corridor Fenced Dog Park, at 23 Liriope Place in Victoria Point West, is a quiet, fully fenced off-leash park tucked into a residential pocket beside the Eprapah Creek green corridor. It is a Redland City Council park with separate small and large dog areas and an airlock gate, and it stays open 24 hours, so it suits owners who want a calm run away from the busier waterside spots.

The rules. Keep your dog on the lead until you are inside the airlock gate, then unclip. Stay with your dog and supervise at all times, and move on quickly if any dog turns aggressive. Bags are provided from an eco-sac dispenser; pick up and bin it. If kids come along, keep them close around unfamiliar dogs.

What's there. Grassy, open ground with natural shade, seating and a shelter for owners, a water bowl and tap, plus bins and a bag dispenser. There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance.

Getting there. It sits in a quiet street off Bunker, Kingfisher and Worthing Roads. Parking is on-street in Liriope Place, so it is best kept to a short visit rather than a long car park. Victoria Point Lakeside is roughly 3km away.

When to go. It is generally not too busy, with the most activity on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. Being inland, tides do not affect it, so pick the cooler ends of the day in summer and you will usually have plenty of space.
