Vibrandia Way Fenced Dog Park is a fully fenced off-leash park at 5 Vibrandia Way, Truganina, inside Alcock Road Reserve. It is well grassed, has a dedicated agility course, and sits next to a children's playground, which makes it an easy family stop as well as a training spot.

The rules. Keep your dog leashed until you are through the double-gate entry, and keep it under effective voice control once inside, even though the area is fenced. Waste bags and bins are provided, and dogs need a current registration tag. Restrain your dog if it is not playing well with others.

What's there. The agility course has a jump-through frame, platform ramps, swerve poles and a balance beam. There is a water tap and bowl, bins, seating, and some tree planting for shade, though the shade is still developing given the park is relatively new.

Getting there. Free street parking is available on Vibrandia Way and Alcock Road. The closest train station is Tarneit, a short drive or bus ride away, with local Wyndham City bus routes running along Sayers Road and Leakes Road. By car it is easiest via the Princes Freeway (M1) and Palmers Road.

The fencing is solid but treat the leash rule at the gate as non-negotiable, dogs come and go fast at the double gate and a distracted moment there is when mix-ups happen.

Sunday mornings through early afternoon are the busiest. For a quieter run at the agility gear, aim for a weekday morning or a weekday evening.
