Bill Spilstead Complex for Canine Affairs

The Bill Spilstead Complex for Canine Affairs on Luddenham Road is the headquarters of Dogs NSW (the Royal NSW Canine Council), an 80 hectare showground built for conformation shows, obedience, agility, lure coursing and herding trials. Getting there: the site is off the M4 via the Mamre Road exit. It is a rural location with very limited public transport, so driving is the only realistic option, and there is ample on-site parking for cars and trailers during events. The nearest train stations are Penrith and St Marys.

Weekends carry the big Dogs NSW Championship Shows and trials, so expect a full car park and a working atmosphere rather than a stroll. Weekdays are quieter, mostly private club training. Confirm event access and any entry requirements on the Dogs NSW site before you go.
