Kimz Dog Park - Private - SOR

Kimz Dog Park is a private, fully fenced off-leash space on a semi-rural property at 49 Mandogalup Road in Perth's southern suburbs, booked exclusively through Sniffspace so your session is never shared with strangers. Around three acres are split into four separate paddocks, with the option to drive straight into the first paddock and park.

The dog setup

Water is provided from rain-water tanks, and mature trees give genuine shade across the paddocks, useful on a hot Perth afternoon. Open grassed areas make it easy to bring a rug and settle in while your dog runs, and because it is a private booking there is no mixing with unfamiliar dogs unless you have arranged it yourself.

Worth knowing

This is a booking-only space, not a walk-up park: reserve your slot through the Sniffspace listing before you go. All dogs, including any guests you bring, need to be fully vaccinated. Bring your own poop bags and use the bin in the car park. Fencing runs from around four feet in the parking paddock to five feet in the main exercise areas, so check it suits a determined jumper.

Max: book ahead, especially for late afternoons and weekends when demand is highest. Turning up without a reservation is not going to work here.

Getting there

It is a two-minute drive south of Anketell Road, and vehicle access is straightforward with parking inside the gated property. Public transport does not reach the doorstep, so this is a car trip.

Go early morning or evening in summer to keep paws off hot ground, and book ahead if you want a weekend slot. The private-run format is worth the fee for reactive dogs, dogs in training, or owners who simply want a guaranteed run without other dogs in the mix.
