Trading runs 7am to 2pm Tuesday through Sunday, with Mondays closed, so the weekend brunch crowd carries the week's momentum.

The outdoor tables are where dogs go, and the policy comes straight from the venue rather than from review sites. Regulars point to the hash browns, steak sandwiches and carrot cake, with gluten free snacks on the counter and takeaway coffee for walkers passing through on the way to the water.

Parking on Colburn Avenue is street side, and the shops at 119 to 123 Colburn Ave are easy to find from the main road through Victoria Point. Keep your dog leashed at the table; the outdoor area is shared with other diners and the footpath traffic, so a settled dog makes everything smoother.
