Little Seaview Cafe

Little Seaview Cafe sits at 160 Scarborough Beach Road with the ocean at the end of the street, pairing a bright modern room with an undercover deck out toward the water. The menu covers the brunch bases properly: baked eggs, bagels, breakfast croissants with scrambled eggs and chorizo, salmon rosti, a chicken katsu burger, almond croissants and brownies, with house-roasted coffee and matcha drinks alongside. It trades 6:30am to 3pm Monday to Saturday and 7am to 2pm Sundays, and there is a kids' play area if the family is walking with you.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor, undercover deck area, with the indoors kept for people. Water bowls are generally available, and staff are used to beach-walk traffic. Beachfront policies do shift, so it is worth a quick word with staff when you arrive before you settle into a table. Keep your dog tucked in close during the morning rush, because the deck gets busy and the path past the tables narrows.

Getting there and parking

Free street parking runs along Scarborough Beach Road and the side streets, but it tightens on peak weekends and through summer, so an early arrival makes the morning easier. The cafe is an easy walk from the beachfront car parks along the foreshore.

Close by with the dogs

The Scarborough foreshore and coastal path are right across the road for an on-lead warm-up walk. For a proper off-lead run, the Peasholm Dog Beach is a short drive north near Peasholm Street, with soft sand, gentle waves and rinse-off taps per City of Stirling, and the Trigg Dog Beach is a bit further up the coast for dogs who like livelier surf.
