Cafe Memory Lane is the local breakfast-and-lunch spot on High Street, next to the IGA, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating out front. It is a small, friendly island cafe rather than a destination venue, so keep expectations to a good coffee stop rather than a long lingering meal.

Dog setup. Dogs are allowed at the outdoor tables only, not inside. Seating out front is limited, so arrive early on weekends if you want a table. Staff will sometimes bring out a water bowl, but bring your own to be safe.

Getting there and parking. The cafe is about a five-minute walk from the Russell Island ferry terminal, with free parking in the plaza lot out front shared with the IGA. If you are coming over on the SeaLink ferry, dogs must be on lead and muzzled on board, and are not permitted in the ferry's eating areas.

Best visited mid-morning on a weekday when the outdoor tables are free. Good for a quick coffee stop before or after the ferry, not a long sit-down meal.
