The Flour Store

It is the pre-beach or post-beach stop for the southern suburbs crowd, with the sand and the jetty a short walk away.

Note the trading days before you plan a dog outing: the kitchen runs 7am to 3pm but closes Tuesdays and Wednesdays entirely.

Saltfleet Street is the village's main strip, with parking on the surrounding streets and the beach ramps a few minutes on foot. Beach rules matter here: under Onkaparinga council measures, dogs stay on lead between 10am and 8pm during daylight savings on the main stretch, with off-lead times outside those hours and year-round off-lead at Port Noarlunga South. The off-lead beach at Seaford (Keast Park) is the drive-north option, and Royal Copenhagen Port Noarlunga is the village's other coffee stop.
