Lawley's Bakery Cafe on Flora Terrace is a busy local bakery a short stroll up from the coast, and a handy coffee-and-pastry stop after a beach walk. Dogs are welcome in the large covered alfresco area out the front.

Getting there. Street parking runs along Flora Terrace and the adjacent side streets. It sits within easy walking distance of the coastal path, so you can fold it into a longer loop rather than driving in specially.

Nearby with the dogs. The North Beach dog beach is a short distance away for a pre- or post-coffee run, and the coastal dual-use path passes close by.
