Wolfpack Coffee Roasters Mortlake

Wolfpack Coffee Roasters is a specialty roastery and cafe at 10 Edwin Street, Mortlake, in an industrial-style space with a glass-walled roasting room you can watch through while you wait. The sunny outdoor seating area is where dogs go, and it catches good light most of the morning.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area, which has room to settle in beside the table. The roastery and indoor counter are not set up for dogs, so plan on sitting outside. Staff are friendly towards pets and water bowls are typically on hand, though it is worth asking when you order. Keep your dog leashed and clear of the serving path.

Worth knowing

The coffee is roasted on site, with the Alpha Blend and Omega Single Origin as menu regulars, and the fresh-roast smell alone pulls in regulars. gourmet toasties cover the food side. Hours run 6am to 1pm weekdays and 7am to 2pm weekends, so this is a morning-and-early-lunch stop. Weekend mornings bring the dog-walker crowd, and mid-morning weekdays are the quiet window.

Getting there and parking

Free street parking is generally available along Edwin Street and the surrounding blocks, and bus stops on the nearby main roads make it reachable without a car. Murphy Reserve is roughly 50 metres away for a stretch before or after your order.

Close by with the dogs

The Parramatta River foreshore paths around Mortlake and Breakfast Point are on-lead territory, so for a proper run head to Kendall Reserve Fenced Dog Park at Cabarita, fully fenced with double gates and a water station. Majors Bay Reserve offers unfenced off-lead space in Concord, and Gale St Espresso Bar is a nearby cafe option.
