The Health Bar

The Health Bar is a smoothie and coffee bar inside The Movement Southwest fitness and wellbeing precinct just off Cape Naturaliste Road in Dunsborough. It runs on early-morning hours, weekdays from 6am until around 11am and Saturday mornings from 7:30am to 10:30am, closed Sundays, so it is a first-thing stop rather than a lingering brunch one. It appears in the Margaret River region's dog-friendly dining round-ups.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome at the outdoor areas around the building, with the indoor bar and gym floor off limits. There is no dog menu and water bowls are not guaranteed, so bring your own. On-site and street parking are free, the entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible, and there are gender-neutral restrooms on site.

What to order

The pull is the drinks list: locally praised oat milk matcha, specialty coffee and fresh smoothies built for post-workout recovery, with named signature blends such as The Shelby. Rotating grab-and-go snacks and local Loco Love chocolate cover the food side. Payment is card or tap.

Where to walk it off

Eagle Bay Beach is the nearest coastal off-leash option under City of Busselton rules, with a designated dog area near the community hall car park, and Burt Crescent Reserve in Dunsborough provides off-leash grass closer in. Note that most of Meelup Regional Park's beaches are off limits to dogs, so check signage before heading for the northern bays. The Dunsborough foreshore itself is on-leash between Gifford Road and Centennial Park.
