What visitors mention
Vasse Dog Park is a fully fenced, off-leash facility on Talma Circuit, part of the wider Talma Circuit Multipurpose Community Park in the Vasse Estate.
The rules. Dogs must be leashed on the way in and out through the double-gated entry, and owners need to stay with their dogs and keep them under control at all times. Clean up after your dog immediately, bags are usually provided but bring your own as backup. Aggressive dogs or females in season should not be brought in, and food or treats are generally best left out of the park to avoid scuffles between dogs.
What's there. Secure double-gated fencing separates the entry from the main run, with agility obstacles for dogs that want the stimulation. There is shaded seating for owners and water fountains for dogs, and the park sits alongside a larger community space with nature play, a pump track, and basketball and netball courts.
Getting there. The park is off Talma Circuit near its intersection with Stylaster Circuit, a short run from Bussell Highway and the Vasse Bypass. Parking is free, on nearby streets.
Nearby with the dogs. A handful of cafes around Cahill Crescent and the wider Vasse Village have outdoor seating that takes dogs, and Busselton's dog-friendly beaches are a short drive away.

When to go. Weekday mornings and evenings are usually quieter than the Saturday morning rush; the shade cover makes it a reasonable option even in the heat of the day.
