HAM (Ham, Harry & Mario) is a family-run cafe-deli at 3/17 Gerrale Street with a Greek-influenced menu and a big outdoor footpath setting. It is one of the genuinely dog-easy brunch spots in Cronulla, especially on a Sunday when half the tables seem to have a dog under them.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the large outdoor seating area along the footpath. The setting is flat and roomy, so it is easy to settle a dog beside you. Staff are friendly to pets and often bring out a fresh water bowl.

Good to know. The kitchen is known for the apple granola at breakfast and the yeeros at lunch, with generous acai bowls and ONA coffee. Open daily, roughly 6am to 5pm. Weekends, particularly Sunday mornings, get very busy.

Getting there. Free street parking is around Gerrale Street and nearby blocks, but expect competition on weekends. The footpath setting is wheelchair accessible.

Nearby with the dogs. Shelly Park is a short walk for an on-leash stroll, and the coastal paths toward Cronulla beach are close by.

Weekday mornings are the calm window. For weekends, get in early to land an outdoor table with room for the dog before the brunch rush lands.
