Kwik Koffee Causeway is the Yahava-run drive-thru and walk-up kiosk on Causeway Road, a handy coffee stop on the way in or out of town that keeps the dog in the picture the whole time. Barista coffee, quick bites, and baristas who tend to be dog people.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome around the walk-up kiosk and the footpath space beside it. Water bowls are usually set out near the kiosk, and the staff are known to pass out dog biscuits, including through the drive-thru window. There is no indoor seating, so it is car or footpath the whole visit.

Good to know. Freshly roasted Yahava beans, plus toasties, wraps and sweet bakes for a quick stop. Convenience is the point, you keep the dog with you rather than tying up outside a sit-down cafe.

Getting there. 99 Causeway Road, Busselton. Enter the drive-thru loop off Causeway Road, or park in the bays and walk up to the kiosk window.

Nearby with the dogs. The Busselton foreshore is a short drive down the road with paved walking paths, and the Vasse River walk trail nearby gives the dog a green leg-stretch.

Best as a grab-and-go on the way to the foreshore. Good for dogs comfortable waiting in the car.
