Kwik Koffee Busselton. Coffee Drive Thru. is the Yahava coffee drive-thru at 37 Frederick Street in West Busselton, and for dog owners it is about the easiest coffee stop in town: nobody has to leave the car. The dog rides shotgun while the window service runs its course, and staff are known for handing a dog biscuit through to the passenger seat. There is a walk-up counter beside the drive-thru lane too, so a dog on a lead works just as well if you want the legs stretched first.

The dog setup

There is no indoor seating at all, which is exactly why it works. Dogs stay in the car, settle at your feet at the walk-up window, or wait on the footpath while the order is made. The team keeps treats at the window and are comfortable with dogs passing through all day. Bring your own water; there is no guaranteed bowl station.

Worth knowing

Everything pours from Yahava KoffeeWorks beans, roasted locally in the South West, with whole beans available to take home. Alongside the usual espresso drinks there are iced coffees, chai, muffins and the banana bread that keeps coming up in reviews. Weekday hours run 6:30am to 4pm, dropping to 7am to 1pm on weekends. Saturday mornings can queue up, so if you are on a schedule go early in the week or before 8am.

Getting there and parking

The address is 37 Frederick Street, a short hop off Bussell Highway with direct drive-thru access and street parking alongside for walk-up orders. The Busselton foreshore and jetty precinct are only a few minutes away, which makes this a natural first stop before an on-lead foreshore walk, or the coffee leg of a run out to the off-lead beach zones west of the townsite.
