Sandy Feet Cafe Kawana

A beachside coffee trailer parked by Beach Access 223, next to the Kawana Surf Club, and built for the walk-up crowd coming off the coastal path. If you are already down at the sand with the dog, it is the natural stop.

The dog setup. The whole setup is open-air around the trailer, so dogs join you on the surrounding grass, footpath and sand. Free treats for visiting dogs are a genuine drawcard here. It is a mobile trailer rather than a fixed cafe, so water can be hit and miss - carry a portable bowl.

Good to know. Quick, quality coffee aimed at people mid-walk, in a friendly, high-energy spot that pulls in a lot of local beach walkers. Popular enough that the dog will have plenty of company.

Getting there. Beach Entrance 223, Pacific Boulevard, Buddina, near the Kawana Surf Club. Street parking runs along Pacific Boulevard, and there is a public car park by the surf club that fills quickly on weekends. Hours are roughly Tuesday to Sunday mornings, but check their socials as trailer hours shift.

Nearby with the dogs. The off-leash beach is right there, and the paved coastal path stretches for kilometres towards Warana and Kawana Waters for a longer walk.
