Keeper Coffee

Keeper Coffee is a small specialty coffee shop in the Bridgeman Downs plaza at Shop 8, 5 Canopus Street, drawing a strong local following for its lattes, bagels and relaxed neighbourhood feel. It works best as a coffee-and-walk stop, and the front deck welcomes dogs.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome on the front outdoor deck, which you step straight onto from the footpath. Keep your dog leashed and settled beside the table; the deck is compact, so a dog that tucks in close works best. Staff are dog friendly, but bring your own portable water bowl rather than assuming one will be on hand.

The shop is in the suburban plaza on Canopus Street, with free parking in the plaza car park directly out front. Hours run 6am to 1pm every day of the week, so early walkers can make it a first stop rather than a detour.
