Freshwater Street Park

Freshwater Street Park in Thornlands is a small neighbourhood park built around a fully fenced off-leash enclosure. It suits a short walk and a safe run rather than a long trail.

Redland City Council allows dogs off lead inside the fenced enclosure, which you enter through an airlock gate. Everywhere else in the park, keep them on lead.

The park

Concrete paths and grass lead past a playground, shade shelters and bench seating. There is drinking water with a dog bowl, plus a bag dispenser and bins.

Free street parking is close by. Bushland refuge next door keeps the corner quiet.
