Frank Flores Park

Frank Flores Park is a small, quiet pocket park off Wayne Street and Hoyle Drive in Dean Park. It is a spot for a short on-lead leg-stretch close to home, and a calm choice for nervous dogs.

Leads and the playground

Blacktown City Council manages the park. Dogs must stay leashed and keep out of the children's play equipment zones.

That matters here, because the upgraded playspace, with its tower, spiral slide and swings, sits at the centre of the park.

The walk

A sealed, accessible concrete path network loops through the grounds, with benches along the way. Mature trees shade the edges, but parts of the path sit in full sun depending on the hour.

There are bins for bagged waste. There is no dedicated dog water inside the park, so bring a bottle and bowl.

Park on Wayne Street or the surrounding residential streets.
