Woolley's Beach Walk

Starting at Woolley's Beach Reserve on The Esplanade, Woolley's Beach Walk heads along an undeveloped stretch of Western Port toward Stony Point, with mangroves and views across to French Island.

Lead rules

Mornington Peninsula Shire foreshore rules apply, so keep your dog on lead unless a sign says otherwise. Some locals describe a fenced off-lead area at the reserve, but that is not confirmed.

The walk

Underfoot you get sandy or muddy foreshore tracks and quiet reserve land. Coastal plants and mangroves give shade in patches.

The reserve has parking, toilets, picnic tables and BBQs, plus bins near the car park. Bring your own water and bowl for the dog.
