Village Family Motor Inn

The Village Family Motor Inn is a large, facilities-heavy motor inn on Westbury Road in South Launceston, set on five acres of landscaped grounds a few minutes from the Launceston city centre. It is a working, family-oriented property rather than a boutique stay, and it does take dogs, but only under a book-ahead arrangement you need to organise before you arrive.

Guest feedback is mixed and leans average overall, so it is worth asking for the current state of the pet room when you book rather than arriving to surprises.

The address is 84-100 Westbury Road, South Launceston, on the main route into Launceston from the north-west. There is on-site parking at the door of the rooms, which keeps any walk from the car with a dog short.
