The Esplanade address puts you about half an hour from the Melbourne CBD by car, with on-site parking available, though note the height limit in the car park if you are travelling in something taller than a sedan.

Close by with the dogs

The Brighton Beach dog off-leash area is a short drive down the bay, with seasonal time windows in summer when leashes apply during the middle of the day. The William Street Reserve off-leash area is the local park option, and the Bay Trail towards Half Moon Bay gives you a flat on-leash coastal walk straight from the hotel. Saint Martins Cafe is a dog-friendly coffee stop nearby.
