Brickendon Estate

Brickendon Estate is a working farm and UNESCO World Heritage property just outside Longford, with a scatter of self-contained heritage cottages set among convict-era farm buildings and gardens, and three of those cottages take dogs.

The pet policy. Dogs are welcome in the Pumpkin, Pea in a Pod, and Sweetcorn cottages, at a fee of $15 per pet per stay. Who it suits. Good for owners after a quiet, self-contained heritage stay with a dog who's calm around farm animals and heritage buildings rather than a young dog that needs to run.
