Getting there and parking

The entrance is on Walcott Street a few minutes from Broome's town centre, with the drive in from Broome Road straightforward for vans of most sizes. Cable Beach is a short drive west, and the town's cafes and breweries are closer still.

Close by with the dogs

If the pet-friendly sites are booked out, RAC Cable Beach Holiday Park takes dogs on selected powered sites and Broome's Gateway Caravan Park is a dedicated pet-friendly park on the town outskirts. On Cable Beach itself, dogs are barred from the main patrolled swimming zone but welcome on lead towards Gantheaume Point, and Molly's BakeHouse in town is an easy dog-friendly coffee stop.
