What visitors mention
A cosy, eclectic restaurant on the Esplanade at 1/2-3 Esplanade, across from the Victor Harbor seafront. It is well set up for dogs, with an enclosed glass atrium that lets you dine with the dog while staying out of the wind.
The dog setup. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the enclosed glass atrium and the alfresco area. The atrium is the standout, a sheltered space that works when the coast is blowy. Bring your own portable water bowl to be safe. Confirm a dog-friendly table when you book, especially for dinner.
Good to know. Known for steak and a produce-led menu, plus coffee, cakes and cocktails across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fit-out is quirky and full of homewares, so a calm, settled dog suits the room better than a restless one.
Getting there. Free on-street parking runs along the Esplanade and surrounding streets, busy in peak season. It is directly across from the seafront walking path, so you can walk in from a foreshore stroll.
Best for a sheltered meal with the dog when the weather is against you; book ahead for dinner. The seafront path and the Causeway are right across the road for a walk before or after.
