Little Way

Little Way is a European-style all-day cafe and bar on Broadway in Nedlands, housed in a heritage building with a leafy garden courtyard out front. Doors open from 7:30am and the venue runs late Thursday to Saturday, with Mondays off. It draws a steady local crowd, so the courtyard fills early on weekends.

Make a day of it

Carrington Park's fenced dog park is the local spot for an off-lead run before breakfast, and the dog agility area at Lake Claremont is a short drive north for something different. Down the hill, Bayside Kitchen sits on the Matilda Bay foreshore if you would rather watch the river with your coffee.
