Baby Su

Baby Su is a lively pan-Asian eatery on Alinga Street in Canberra city, right by the Alinga Street light rail stop. The kitchen turns out Japanese and Korean street food, bao, fried chicken and waffle fries alongside a fun sake and cocktail list, and dogs are welcome at the outdoor footpath tables rather than inside. Doors run 11:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday and midday to 9pm on weekends, so it works for lunch or dinner. Expect a crowd on weekend evenings, when the small outdoor section is the first to go.

Paid street parking sits on Alinga Street and around Braddon, with paid garages on Marcus Clarke Street within walking distance. The Alinga Street light rail stop is effectively at the door, so arriving by tram from Gungahlin or the city interchange is easy.

Close by with the dogs
