Euro Grill

Euro Grill is a European-style cafe and grill at Shop 20, 7 Classic Way in Treetops Plaza, Burleigh Waters, a few minutes inland from the beachfront bustle. It runs all-day breakfast and lunch from early morning, with a dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings, and dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables.

The dog setup

Dogs join you in the outdoor dining area beside the cafe, on a lead and settled at your feet. The tables are spaced generously enough that a dog is not hemmed in against the next diner. Staff are known to be accommodating, but there is no guaranteed dog amenity, so carry a collapsible water bowl. Only assistance animals go inside the food-service areas.

The kitchen leans European: all-day breakfast plates like the house shakshuka, gourmet burgers with grilled chicken and haloumi salad options, and a steady coffee trade. Reviews regularly call out the sweet potato chips and the beer-battered chips. Weekend mornings fill early with the plaza breakfast crowd, so an outdoor table before 8am is the easy option.

Getting there and parking

Treetops Plaza sits off Classic Way in the Burleigh Waters retail hub, with free parking across the complex, so getting the dog from car to table is a short walk. It is also an easy cycle or stroll from the surrounding canal-side streets.

Close by with the dogs

Home Plate Kitchen is the other Burleigh Waters cafe with a local following on Treeview Drive, and Treetops Tavern does the bigger pub-style feed in the same plaza precinct. For a proper run before breakfast, Frascott Park Fenced Dog Park at Varsity Lakes is a few minutes north.
