Braeside Brewing Co

Braeside Brewing Co occupies 43 Governor Road in Mordialloc's brewery strip, trading Thursday evenings and long sessions Friday through Sunday. Reported practice from visitors is that leashed dogs are welcome across the outdoor areas, including the deck and the grassed beer garden courtyard, with woodfired pizza and pub food coming out of the kitchen to keep everyone fed.

The kitchen's woodfired pizza does the heavy lifting on the food side, with chicken wings and calamari filling out the order, and live music nights change the noise level, so a sound-sensitive dog is better off on an earlier sitting. There is also a play corner and enclosed play area for kids, which makes weekends busier but keeps the courtyard family-oriented rather than rowdy. Thursday is the quiet one by a distance, so if you are still socialising a young dog around other patrons, that is the session to aim for.
