The dog setup

Two separate fenced zones split big dogs from small or quiet ones, each entered through a double gate. Inside there are water fountains, seating for owners and a few basic agility obstacles, but most of the space is open grassed field built for fetch and flat-out running. The wetlands next door make the approach walk more interesting than most estate parks manage.

Dogs stay under effective voice control even off lead, and owners should use the zone that matches their dog's size. Take the double-gated entry seriously: shut the outer gate and latch it before the inner one opens. Bag dispensers are not always stocked, so carry your own and bin the waste, and keep the session short in summer heat since shade across the open zones is limited.

The ground turns to mud after rain, which the grass cover does not hide for long. Pack a towel for the car.
