Ducie Street Park Fenced Dog Park is a fenced off-leash enclosure inside the larger Ducie Street Park complex in Darra, in Brisbane's west. The standout is the split layout: separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, so a smaller or less confident dog can play without being bowled over.

The dog setup

Dogs run off lead only inside the designated fenced sections; leash up everywhere else in the park. Brisbane City Council conditions apply: stay in the enclosure with your dog, keep them under voice or sight control, and leash and remove any dog showing aggression. Match your dog to the right section rather than the convenient one, and clean up using the bags and bins provided. Water is on site, shaded seating covers the owners, and a few agility-style obstacles give energetic dogs something to do beyond laps.
