Pershouse Park

Pershouse Park on Dedekind Avenue is Benaraby's local green space, with open grass, fitness stations, a shelter and bins. Dogs are welcome on lead, which makes it an easy stop for a short walk in the Gladstone region.

Lead rules

Gladstone Regional Council requires dogs to be on a leash and under effective control here. The park has no off-lead zone.

There is no marked circuit, so the walk is a lap of the open grass and the paths around the edges. Mature trees and the shelter give some shade.

Bins are on site. Bring water and a bowl for the dog, as a dog tap is not confirmed.
