Tucker Family Park Dog Off-Leash Area

The Tucker Family Park Dog Off-Leash Area is the dedicated dog enclosure inside Tucker Family Park at 77 Meadows Circuit, Bellbird Park, in the Brentwood Forest estate. It is a small, fully fenced area built specifically for dogs, open around the clock, and it sits next to the suburb's main playground and outdoor gym, so the whole family can be occupied in one trip.

The dog setup

The fenced space covers roughly 1,600 square metres with some shade from trees and basic agility equipment for active dogs, and the estate also carries a separate fenced puppy and small-dog park. Water stations have been on site at times, but reliability is not confirmed, so bring your own water and bowl as a backup. Dogs run off-leash inside the fence under voice control, gates need to be closed behind you so the enclosure stays secure, waste gets cleaned up straight away, and any dog showing aggression toward others should be removed.

Max: This is a small enclosure, not a big off-leash reserve. It suits a quick run or a puppy's first taste of off-leash play rather than a long session.

Getting there

The park sits on residential streets in Brentwood Forest with limited off-street parking nearby, so allow a short walk from the kerb. There is no major transit hub in Bellbird Park itself; the nearest larger bus connections are at Springfield Lakes.

Make a day of it

The Paws Park fenced enclosure is the other dedicated dog park in Bellbird Park, and the Springfield Lakes Dog Park and Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve Fenced Dog Park are both within a short drive for variety. Remedy Espresso Cafe on Springfield Lakes Boulevard is a cozy, pet-friendly stop for coffee on the way through.
