Sea Dog

Sea Dog is a food and coffee van set up on the Currambene Creek waterfront inside Tasman Holiday Parks - Jervis Bay at 785 Woollamia Road. It keeps short, irregular hours, so plan the visit around the window rather than rolling up on spec: Friday and Monday breakfast runs 7:30am to 9am, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10am, and it is closed Tuesday to Thursday.

The dog setup

Seating is outdoor and creekside within the holiday park grounds, and dogs are welcome at the tables with their people. Keep the lead on while you move through the park, since it is shared space with campers and other guests, many of whom have dogs of their own. Bring a portable water bowl; this is a van setup, so do not count on bowls being out.

Worth knowing

The draw is coffee, pastries and toasties on the early slots, with bacon and egg breaky rolls and weekend breakfast specials on Saturday and Sunday. There is also a Friday burger night from 5pm to 8pm if you are staying in the park. Hours are seasonal for a small operation, so confirm on the Sea Dog site or Instagram before driving out.

Getting there and parking

The van sits inside the holiday park on Woollamia Road, a few minutes from Huskisson, with on-site parking. If you are not a park guest, be courteous at the entry: it is a working caravan park first.

Pair it with

A leash-on walk along the Currambene Creek bank starts right at the tables, and the Huskisson to Vincentia Shared Path is a short drive away for a proper leg-stretch. For a full cafe feed, Portside Cafe and Emma's Coffee Spot in Huskisson both take dogs outdoors, and you can book a night at Tasman Holiday Parks - Jervis Bay to have the van at your doorstep.
