A local roastery and espresso bar in the old red brick building at 93 Bridge Terrace, sitting directly opposite the main Victor Harbor foreshore. The pull for dog owners is the generous footpath seating looking over the beach, which makes it an easy stop on a coastal walk.

The dog setup. The outdoor footpath area out front is where dogs are welcome, with plenty of room for a leashed dog beside the table. Indoor seating is limited and aimed at diners without dogs. Water bowls are often put out for dogs, but pack your own to be sure on a busy day.

Good to know. Beans are roasted on site, so coffee is the headline. The menu runs to cooked breakfasts, toasties and house-baked cakes, with some local beer and wine. Reviewers note it gets busy, which fits its spot on the foreshore.

Getting there. Street parking is right out front on Bridge Terrace and in nearby side streets, though it turns over quickly in peak season. An easy walk from the town centre or the Causeway.

The foreshore path is right across the road, so you can do a beach lap then flop under the table while the coffee lands. Hard to beat.

Best mid-morning on a weekday if you want a table without a wait; weekends and holidays fill fast. The foreshore walking path opposite is the obvious add-on, with the Causeway a short stroll on.
