Mintie's is a retro hole-in-the-wall espresso bar on Ruthven Street in the Toowoomba CBD, pouring St. Ali coffee with a Melbourne back-alley feel in a country-city setting. Dogs join you at the outdoor seating, and pup cups are part of the deal.

Mintie's is one of the few Toowoomba stockists of premium St. Ali beans, and the food leans gourmet toasties and jaffles, including the Deli Disco with mortadella, stracciatella and house pesto, plus fresh cold-pressed juices and sweet treats. The fit-out is casual and artistic, and the bar feel sets it apart from the CBD's bigger breakfast rooms.
