Space-cafe

Space Cafe is a busy all-day cafe at 183 Fitzroy Street, near the beach end of the strip in St Kilda, open 6:30am to 4pm every day. It pours specialty coffee with rotating roasters, and the kitchen covers the brunch canon: big breakfasts, eggs benedict, a chilli scramble regulars single out, avocado toasties with halloumi, acai bowls for the warm mornings and a tray of pastries that includes mini almond croissants. It makes a point of welcoming dogs, and the morning walk crowd treats it as a regular stop.
