Little Green Bean Cafe

Little Green Bean is a small, sunlit espresso bar at 26 Clovelly Road, Randwick, near the Avoca Street corner, run by a local family with an environmental streak running through its coffee and food. The organic coffee, matcha lattes and specialty mochas get the attention, and the kitchen turns out breakfast and lunch staples like bacon and egg rolls on multigrain, BLTs and salads with genuinely healthy options. It trades 6:30am to 3:30pm Wednesday to Monday and closes Tuesdays. It is a compact spot with a neighbourhood feel rather than a big brunch hall, so plan a morning visit before the seats fill. On-street parking is available along Clovelly Road but is competitive on weekend mornings, so check the time-limit signs.

Centennial Parklands is a short distance away and has designated off-leash areas for a proper run, while Queens Park alongside it suits an on-lead wander. Fred Hollows Reserve has shaded, leashed walking paths through remnant bushland.
