Third Base Cafe is a laid-back neighbourhood brunch spot on Philippine Parade, a block back from the Gold Coast Highway, serving hearty breakfasts and seriously large acai bowls to a steady local crowd. It opens early, 6am to 1pm every day, which makes it a natural first stop after an early beach walk with the dog.
