Cafe Ya Here is the community cafe inside the Landsdale Forum precinct at 1/127 The Broadview, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the sheltered outdoor seating, which makes it the default dog-friendly sit-down option for this growing northern suburbs pocket of Perth.

Dogs settle in the outside sheltered area, which is fitted with umbrellas and heaters so it works on cool mornings as well as warm ones. Table spacing is generous enough for a dog to lie down without crowding neighbouring diners, and water bowls are provided. Indoor seating is generally people-only, though staff have been known to make exceptions for a calm dog at their discretion.

Vegan and gluten-free choices are available. Coffee and shakes get steady praise, and reviews repeatedly mention the welcoming staff. It opens daily to 2:30pm.

Free parking sits in the Landsdale Forum shopping centre car park right at the door, with accessible bays and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. The cafe sits at street level, so arriving with a dog is straightforward from the car park.

Broadview Park across the car park suits a short on-lead or off-lead leg stretch, while Kingsway Fenced Dog Park in Madeley is the proper destination: fully fenced with double gates, agility equipment and separate areas for confident and timid dogs.
