F93 Cafe

F93 Cafe is an Italian-inspired cafe built out of stacked shipping containers on Croydon Road in Keswick, with an upstairs deck looking toward the city skyline and a relaxed garden-style seating area at ground level. It pours Monjava coffee, stacks Nonna-style panini, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating.

The dog setup

Dogs join you in the outdoor area only: the covered garden-style space with shade and some weather protection out front. There is no confirmed indoor access for dogs, so plan on outside, which is the nicer half of this venue in any case. Water bowls are not a guaranteed fixture, so pack your own. The tables fill on weekends and the container build amplifies the bustle, so pick a corner spot if your dog prefers a bit of space.

Max: Get a table on the edge of the outdoor area. Generous portions plus a curious dog at knee height is a recipe for spilled brisket.

The vibe

The kitchen leans generous: eggs benedict, a brisket roll that earns its reputation, burgers including a proper vego option, halloumi and mushroom bruschetta on the lighter side, and a dirty chai that regulars order on autopilot. Service is friendly but not fast when the room is full, and this room is often full. It functions as Keswick's neighbourhood meeting spot as much as a cafe.

Getting there and parking

The cafe is at 28 Croydon Road, Keswick, an easy reach from Richmond Road or Anzac Highway. Street parking runs along Croydon Road and the surrounding streets, and Keswick's rail corridor is close by for anyone arriving from the city side. Hours run 7am to 3pm weekdays and 8am to 2pm Saturdays, closed Sundays, so Sunday brunch plans need a different suburb.
